Conditions of Sales

The offers are conditional in principle subject to prior sale. 

Technical data and performance details are as per the available documents.
Completeness und correctness are not guaranteed. 

The machines are accepted as seen.
Any performance guarantee is excluded. 

Terms of quotation: The prices are ex works, exclusive of installation.  

Dismantling, reassembly, packaging, loading and transportation are at the purchaser’s expense, although we could organize these.
We could also plan and implement modifications and expansions. 

The risk of destruction or demolition of the purchased objects is transferred immediately to the purchaser.
If damage is caused to the building, to other objects or to the machines purchased on their collection, the corresponding costs are born by the purchaser. 

The machines can only be collected on cash payment or following final crediting of an account-only cheque.
The purchase objects remain the property of the vendor until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The down payment will get lost if the rest payment is not paid in time. 
We can not be charged for mistakes made by third parties involved in this business.

Place of jurisdiction is Esslingen / Germany.
